The hotel was great affordable, it met every demand, I enjoyed its easy location short walk to major attractions in Kuta, and beach areas. The really helpful and extremely friendly staff gave GOOD recommendations. The breakfast was extensive there. Good service was provided. The stay was really nice and I will be returning here soon.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly! The location was perfect, with everything nearby and free shuttle options available.

The rooms were outdated, with cleanliness issues such as dirty linens and maintenance problems. Noise disturbances were frequent at night.

The service was excellent, the staff was helpfull, attractive and competitive value for money. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like dewi sri food center, set within 5 minutes walk or so. Bed was extra comfortable. It was worth its 4 stars.

Wonderful Stay for Families!

We enjoyed ten nights here in a cozy Triple Studio. The staff were friendly. The pool offered a relaxing atmosphere after long days of exploring. For future guests, consider rental scooters for nearby adventures!

The location to the airport was good (we needed about 30 minutes with heavy traffic). The room was clean and accordingly large.

Since it is a fairly large hotel, someone is out and about at all times of the day and night (doors falling, water pipes rustling, etc.). It is relatively noisy. The breakfast buffet is fairly well stocked, but the restaurant is too small at peak times. Work needs to be done on the cleanliness in the bathroom (hair from the previous guests in the shower and behind the door).

The staff were very friendly and always would say hello and ask if everything was ok and breakfast was lovely all in all was very clean and tidy would definately stay again .

the hallways echoed when people went down them at night which made it a little anoying but was only a couple of nights .

Loves the bright colour, clean bright comfy rooms and friendly staff... They have very honest staff..

On the transportation side..., The guy was suppose to call us blue bird cab to go over to legian... But he did not call the cab for us. And instead he kept bugging us to offer us 100 thousand rupiah jus to go to legian.
